All orders are shipped out from our Banksmeadow facility via Australia Post. Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days depending on your region. For international orders, please allow 7-21 business days for delivery.
Yes. Since we do not use any preservatives in our formula, please make sure to refrigerate after opening.
As soon as your order is shipped, tracking will be emailed to the email address you have provided. An SMS tracking will also be provided to you provided you supply your mobile number as contact. You can track your package from the link in the email.
The TRUFF.AU/NZ auto-ship subscription program is not available to first time customers. Emails are periodically sent to our existing customers with an invitation to join our exclusive TRUFF.AU/NZ auto-ship program. From a desktop or laptop computer this can be found on the top right of our website. If you are on mobile this will be front and center at the top of the homepage of our website.
You can view all of your past and upcoming orders scheduled by clicking on the “Manage Subscription” button located on the first page when you login in to your account. If you’d like to see what upcoming orders you have scheduled you may click on the “manage” drop down link on the right hand side of the menu. From here you will click “upcoming orders.”
You can change or update the credit card you have on file by clicking on the “Manage Subscription” Button located on the first page when you login in to your account. If you’d like to change or update your credit card you may click on the “manage” drop down link on the right hand side of the menu. From the drop down menu you may click view/update card and proceed as you wish.
We hate see you leave - but you’re welcome back anytime! You can cancel your order by clicking on the “Manage Subscription” button located on the first page when you login in to your account. If you’d like to cancel your order you may click on the “manage” drop down link on the right hand side of the menu. From the drop down you may click “cancel order” at the very bottom of this drop down. This will cancel all future orders and your card will not be charged again.
Your card is charged at the time your first subscription order is placed and the subsequent days you have chosen for your delivery schedule. For example: Every two weeks, one month, or two months from the time your first subscription order was placed.
Your subscription order is shipped within 24-48 hours of when your card is charged. Based on your location you should receive your delivery within 3-5 business days. International orders please allow 7-21 days depending on country and customs handling time.
